Description:
Project Quick Start is designed to give the busy employee an
understanding of project management fundamentals. Fully aligned with the
project management standards identified by PMI (Project Management
Institute), Project Quick Start uses experiential learning to make the
course both informative and fun.
Through a two-day simulation, you manage
a project. You use real-world tools and templates to actively plan,
control and close the project. Experiential activities include:
