It also addresses the project management areas not covered by the PMBoK Guide® (Project Management Body of Knowledge®) but that are essential to passing the exam. Who Should Attend

  • Those who need the required 35 hours of project management professional education – this course fulfills all 35 hours!

  • Those who have experience leading and directing projects:
    – Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent: 4,500 hours during the past 6 years
    – High school diploma, Associate’s degree or global equivalent: 7,500 hours during the past 8 years

  • Those who want to deepen or refresh their knowledge of the core processes required to effectively lead and direct projects – earn up to 40 PDUs towards recertification!

  • Apply test-taking strategies and techniques to improve performance on the PMP Exam

  • Explore the concepts that provide the structure for project management, as outlined in the PMBoK® Guide 4th Edition

  • Recognize the interactions between the various project management processes and how these interactions contribute to project success
